This recipe serves 4 but does have small potions.

You Will Need (5 things)

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 juice of Lemon
  • Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Olive Oil

Steps (3 steps, 30 minutes)

    First mix the lemon juice, chilli flakes and oil together, add talk and pepper to taste. I just used 1/2 tsp of each.

    Next rub it in the salmon fillets and leave to marinate for a few hours.

    Next place some kitchen fiol in a backing tray and cook your salmon in the over at 200 oc for 15 minutes, skin side down. Sorry, I don't know the alternative temperatures.

    Next flip the salmon and cook for another 10 minutes to crisp up the skin.

    OPTIONAL

    I had garlic butter veg with my salmon so meal why if you want.

    Chop up what ever veg you fancy, boil till half cooked the put in the over with the salmon, add some butter and chopped garlic on top and cook for a further 10 minutes.
