You Will Need (16 things)

  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 3 tbsp Marmalade
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
  • 2 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp All Spice
  • 1 tsp Cardamon

  • Glaze

  • 1 cup Icing Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Steps (6 steps, 20 minutes)

    Heat oven 175 degrees.

    Mix together honey, sugar, butter, marmalade, eggs & almond extract.

    Mix together baking powder, bicar, flour, ginger, cinnamon,all spice & cardamom.

    Mix wet & dry ingredients together.

    Spoon tablespoons of mixture onto tray.

    Bake for 8 - 10 mins.

    Mix glaze ingredients together.

    Coat the cookies.

    Serve.
