so this was a bit of a project. i started with the dress, following a halter top pattern and just making it plunge. the very large collar was a wire frame with fabric sewn on. the wire ends were sewn into the front of the dress at the halter to add stability.this also helped keep the dress in place so i didnt have any *spilling* the collar was definatly the hardest and most time consuming part but all in all it worked well. i attached her wispy fabric at the bottom of a dress to old bangles so i wouldnt have to worry about carrying them in my hands all night. the crown is just a frame made from the same wiring for the collar and covered in fishnet with a piece of fabric in front to resemble a widows peak. for the jeweled sash i used sequined fabric draped and pinned on. the mask i bought for 2 bux at the halloween store since it was a masquerade party. hope you like it!
