Dress Up That Wine

As I said in a previous project, I had a rose I wasn't wild about but wasn't so bad as to throw it away. So I used stuff in the house to perk it up. It is a great mixing wine, even if not a good individual wine. This is super simple and yummy.

As I said in a previous project, I had a rose I wasn't wild about but wasn't so bad as to throw it away. So I used stuff in the house to perk it up. It is a great mixing wine, even if not a good individual wine. This is super simple and yummy.

Instructions

Get a wine glass and some blackberries. I used 8. Put the blackberries in the glass and smash them with a spoon, releasing the juice.

Now add your wine. You can look at the picture for reference as to how much to add but it's really up to how much wine versus ginger ale you want.

  3. Top it off with ginger ale and you are done! It has blackberry bits in it, which I enjoy, but if you don't want stuff in the drink, you can strain it.
