In NY I am having a hard time finding cheap materials, but these amazing laundry bags in the dollar stores are great. Plus, they usually cost 1-2$. ANYONE CAN MAKE THIS !!! So so easy. :) I was really surprised by how well it turned out!

First, with your fabric or laundry bags, you need to cut strips of fabric to the length of dress or shirt you want. Mine were about 7 inches wide. 8 strips, 7 inches wide, 4 black, 4 white
Next, sew 4 strips together, rotating every other color. Do the same thing for the back of the dress, just make sure the strips would touching the opposite color when you bring them together. You can sew all 8 strips together if you leave arm holes about 8 inches long at the top right and left sides of the dress.
After you have saved room for arms, stitch the top of the dress together leaving enough room for your head. Then, hem the dress and the unfinished top hole for your head. It should look like this.
Next, just put on the dress and add a belt! It will make the dress feminine and flirty and no one will know you are wearing an extra large pillowcase with sleeves. ;)
