My mum makes the best lamb shanks and she gave me her recipe to try out. Yummy and so easy to make!

You will need

Enough Water to fill the pot Salt 1 cup Red Wine 1 cup Beer 1 Rosemary 1 Oregano 3 Bay Leaves 1 Stock 1 Cinnamon Stick 4 Cloves 1 Large Onion 1 Thyme

My mum makes the best lamb shanks and she gave me her recipe to try out. Yummy and so easy to make!

Instructions

1. Place shanks in a Pot.

2. 

   Add all the ingredients.

3. 

   Add enough water to cover the shanks. If you need to add more water while cooking do so.

4. 

   After about an hour to an hour and a half place the shanks in a deep dish large pan. Cover with alfoil.

5. Cook at 180 degrees for another 2.5 hours. Or until the meat falls of the bone.

6. 

   Make mashed potato to go with the shanks. Serve and your done!
