Since my bedroom is on the first floor and people park their cars right outside, it tends to be kind of difficult getting dressed in the morning. But my overpriced underwear will be seen no more! This old lace curtain did the trick. When you want to remove the lace just take a cloth and some hot water. Avoid putting these things up in very humid places, or where they might get wet. (Like over a sink or something.)

Find some lace fabric in an appropriate size. Measure the window you want to cover, or the area you want covered. Then cut the fabric in that size.
Mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with the same amount of cold water. Add 3.5 dl of boiling water.
Take a sponge and dab the starch mixture onto your window. You don't want it to be too runny. Place the fabric over the window and make sure it's smooth. Dab more cornstarch mixture over the fabric. Let dry. If you got any bits and pieces sticking out just trim them with a scissor.
