Lace Shirt From A Turtleneck

So it happened again: I wanted an item that I couldn't get my dirty little fingers on. So I put my sewing revampment to the test and I came up with this.

This was originally going to be a how-to, but it was too vague, as I was making the tutorial for any old garment. Now I want to make a tutorial specifically for this sort of shirt. I'm planning on making another shirt like this, so I'll make a tutorial for that. :)
