Tasty beef dish. Best served with rice.

You will need

1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 2 tsp Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 tsp ground Ginger 1 tbsp Oil 3 cloves Garlic Minced 1 lb Beef Mince 2 Spring Onion

Tasty beef dish. Best served with rice.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix together the brown sugar, soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper flakes & ground ginger.

2. 

   Heat oil. Add garlic. Brown the beef.

3. 

   Add the sauce to the beef. Stir through.

4. 

   Add the spring onions. Stir through.

5. 

   Serve with rice & more spring onion sprinkled on top.
