Small window Using yarn F and 3mm (UK 11, US 2 or 3) needles, cast on 20 sts. Break yarn F. Join yarn G. Row 1 (RS): knit. Row 2: (p1, p2tog) to last 2 sts, p2 (14 sts). Row 3: knit. Row 4: (p2tog) to end (7 sts). Break yarn, draw through sts, pull tightly and fasten off.
Red dots: make four Using yarn C and 3mm (UK 11, US 2 or 3) needles, cast on 10 sts. Break yarn, draw through sts, pull tightly and fasten off. Sew edges together to make into a circle.
Wings: make three Using yarn C and 3mm (UK 11, US 2 or 3) needles, cast on 21 sts. Row 1 (WS): p10, k1, p10. Row 2: knit. Rows 3–14: rep rows 1 and 2 six times. Row 15: as row 1. Row 16: skpo, k to last 2 sts, k2tog (19 sts). Row 17: p9, k1, p9. Row 18: as row 16 (17 sts). Row 19: p8, k1, p8. Rows 20–30: as rows 16 and 17 above, keeping the centre stitch as a knit stitch on p rows, and decreasing at both ends as set on knit rows until you have 5 sts, finishing with a knit row. Cast off.
To make up With the fastened-off yarn end of exhaust, sew seam and stuff. Work a gathering thread along the cast-on edge and draw tightly. With threaded needle, pierce the stuffed piece from bottom centre and take needle out from top and repeat, pull gently to flatten the top and base panels. Sew main body seam and stuff. Work a gathering thread along the cast-on edge and draw tightly. Thread yarn F and embroider chain stitches around body. Attach red dots. With the fastened-off yarn end, seam windows. Attach windows to body. Seam top bobble, stuff and work a gathering thread along cast-on edge. Attach bobble to top. Encase the cardboard wings with the knitted pieces and sew the edges. Attach the wings to the body.
