The time might be different depending on if you use a machine-I didn't- I used fabric from my lyric tee from when I cut off the collar and the sleeves.

You will need

1 Black Fabric Paint Thread black for the bow & white for the coller Fabric enough to go around your cats neck and to make a bow-tie
