Kitch Wizard Of Oz Bag

we're off to see the wizard bag

I found this fantastic wizard of oz print fabric and a blue gingham fabric from the 50s (a la Dorothy wizard of oz) and thought, hmm now isn't that perfect for a present? I have a friend that loves judy garland and her birthday was coming up so thought that she would like, no NEED, a wizard of oz bag! So without further ado, this is the final outcome. As you can see the kitch patterned fabric is on the outside and the blue gingham was used to line it and for the straps. Finally, a red bow was attached to represent the ruby slippers. No pattern was used, if you want to try it it's really just a case of sewing curved corners rather than a rectangle shaped tote :) I hope you liked it (and hope my friend does too...)
