Kindle Cover From Book

I used a journal that came with a piece of elastic to mark your page and close the book. If you're using a regular book, you could add one of these behind the foam board to keep your cover closed around the Kindle.

You Will Need (5 things)
- 2 An Old Book Or Journal slightly larger than your kindle.
- Foam Board the size of the back of your book/journal
- Felt enough to cover the entire inside of your book/journal
- ¼ Inch Elastic about 16" long
- Hot Glue
Steps (5 steps, 30 minutes)

Remove the inside pages of the book/journal.

Cut a piece of felt about 1/8 to 1/4 inch smaller then the inside of the open book/journal. Glue the felt to the inside taking care to smooth any wrinkles.

Cut the foam board to fit inside the back cover of the book. Cut elastic into four 4" pieces.
Position elastic around corners of board and glue it all together.

Let everything dry and insert your Kindle under the elastic on the corners of the foam board.

Enjoy your new Kindle cover! (This could work for tablets, as well.)
