This is my 1st tutorial about food.. I made it for my FB friend.. This kimbab are HALAL, coz i'm Malay & MUSLIM..^~^ I've change the ingredients, so that we as a Malay & Muslim can eat it.. Well ofcoz u can change the ingredients depends on what u want 2 eat.. *Don't use this photo without my permission.. tQ

Description

Instructions

  1. Small 01

    The Ingredients: - Bamboo mat - 3pcs of Seaweed - 1 cup of rice - 1 cup of glutinous rice - 1 tin of Chilli Tuna - 2 eggs - 1/4 cucumber - 1/4 carrot - pickled mustard - 2pcs of fish cake - Salt - Oil

    Preparation of the ingredients: - Cut cucumber, carrot, fish cake & pickled mustard horizontally. (thick cuts about 1cm size) - After all these ingredients already cut, blanched in boiling water until soft. (about 10-15 minutes)

    - Prepared a fried egg. - Cut it horizontally.

  4. Small 04

    - Cook the both rice together. - After the rice are done, put a little bit of salt and mix well. - Get tuna, then drain the water first before use it.

  5. Small 05

    - Take a piece of seaweed then place on the bamboo mat, make sure that the smooth side of seaweed are at the back. - Put rice bit by bit and evenly. Make sure the rice is not too thick.

  6. Small 06

    - Put the cucumber, carrot, fried egg, pickled mustard, tuna and fish cake together. - Put all ingredients as close as possible, so that it will be easy to roll it later.

  7. Small 07a

    - Roll it carefully and tightly.

  8. Small 09

    - After that, you can cut the kimbab. Put some oil on the knife to make the smooth cut and to avoid rice from sticking on the knife. - Thick cuts about 1cm size, so that you will get 30pcs from all of this.
