• 

  Step 1

  Start of with a keyboard key and a ring base that will fit the key nicely.

• 

  Step 2

  The key will normally have a large bit of plastic on the bottom. Break this off.

• 

  Step 3

  The best way to do it is by twisting it with pliers until it breaks off. Be careful not to break the actual key.

• 

  Step 4

  Cover the base with glue.

• 

  Step 5

  Stick the key on to the ring base. Easy.

What would be the best kind of glue to attach the key to the ring base??

A really strong glue, like superglue or Krazy glue will work well!

Time to take a visit to Goodwill! @amanda panda .. I'm pretty sure but there's no plastic on the bottom to rip off. My L fell off once. But as you can see, I stuck it back on there and showed it who's boss.
