Kettle Corn

I made this just for fun, it was really good, and tasted much better then store bought kettle corn. Enjoy! ^_^

You Will Need (3 things)

  • 1 cup Un Poped Popcorn
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • Sugar

Steps (6 steps, 15 minutes)

    Ok, you're going to have to put in the popcorn and the olive oil into the pot, and close the lid.

    Set heat on Medium High. Place safty googles on imedently after.

    The secon you hear a few pops, dump the sugar in and place the top on FAST!

    (I wore googles-just to be safe)

    *Tip*
    Open lib facing away from you, this keeps hot oil from hitting you!

    SHAKE!! Swirl it around, move it side to side, make some figue 8's, whatever keeps it moving!

    When the pops slows, pour into a large bowl. As you can see, mine stuck to the pan, and few in the bowl in chuncks, but it was worth the effort!

    *Tip*
    If it sticks, Take a spoon and spoon it into the bowl.

    If you're like me, you'll want to add a little sugar on top at the end.
