Instructions

  1. Small immaculateluna

This is Luna. She is my pet in Pet Society. You can easily take snapshots of your pet in the game but make sure you choose a portrait so you have a white background to work with. I took a snapshot of my pet and shared it on FB. After it's on FB, you can download the image to your computer. For images of the other items, we saved them from www.pet-book.it Search the items and save them to your computer. Once you have the desired images, open up an image program and lay them out on an 8 1/2 by 11 page to print onto your shrink paper.

  2. Small preshrink

Before you print your images, do a print preview to make sure they aren't cut off by the margins. Once you have checked and double checked, print your images and cut around them. Don't forget to punch your hole first!!!!

  3. Small postshrink

Follow the directions for baking the shrink plastic. We had to bake ours at temperature of 275-300 degrees for 3-5 minutes. As you can see, they turned out so cute!!!

  4. Small snv17748

Before you go adding them to the chain, you can choose to add rhinestones for extra cuteness and add a clear protective top coat of mod podge, glossy accents, or some sort of clear coat spray for added protection. This is Alice showing off her cute rhinestone.

  5. Small candyluna

Once your charms are ready, use the jump rings to attach them to your bracelet or necklace. Attach the clasps to the ends and you're ready to go!! I will probably add some beads or some other dangles, but I'd say this turned out pretty cute! You can see how Erin's bracelet turned out at the top of this page.

  6. Small saveps7

It is not a solution to losing our favorite game, but it will keep your pet near you at all times and it is a super fun project to do with kids who played the game and miss their favorite virtual pet. Optional - Boys, you can make a zipper pull of your pet if dangle-y bracelets and necklaces aren't your thing. Enjoy!!! Former Pet Society players, please join us in our active fight to bring back our game. Find out more by joining our FB group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/2SavePetSociety/
