• 

  Step 1

  First, file, buff and shine your nails.

  Then paint on your base coat. Two or three coats should be enough

• 

  Step 2

  Secondly, use a makeup sponge to dab glitter polish onto the top of the nail and fade it out towards the bottom.

  This can be tricky, so practice a bit to get the technique right.

  Step 3

  Next, use glue, tweezers and a steady hand to stick rhinestones to the tops of the nails.

  The look should now be sparkle-glitter-shine. (Rhinestone-glitter-polish.)

  Step 4

  Finally, add a top coat of clear nail polish for added shine.

  Your super kawaii look is complete!
