uhmm i think its first making a row of beads that fits around your wrist. than you make a circle out of that. leave long end of elastic. put one bead on the elatic, thread the elatic through the first bead of your circle, take another bead, thread the elasic throgh the next bead and so on... if you want to i can make a howto if this is ok for cat...
