We British love a good tea party and we know the best way to decorate a party is with bunting! Bunting is pretty British as it is but how do you make it even more patrotic? Union jack bunting! I'll make this into a how-to when I get time.

Fabric Scissors Pinking Shears white Bias Binding or ribbon Trim ~ Ribbon ~ Or Cording red & white Cotton Sewing Machine Red, white & blue Fabric Card Ruler Pencil(s)
