I designed this back in January when I was redecorating my bedroom. All I did was Hot glue the 5x7 frames together in different groupings and then painted them and the dowel. Cut the sheer fabric a little larger than the frames. painted the fronts of the cardboard backings in alternating colors of black and silver(to give that different color effect.) When I put the frames back together the layers were cloth glass then the cardboard backing. to make the pleated frames I rolled up pieces of fun foam to make tubes then glued them onto the cardboard backing and covered in satin. I then hot glued on some flowers and I was done. What I like about this is when I get board looking at it this way I can move them around to get a totally different look.
