Jeny's Surprisingly Stretchy Bindoff

This finishing technique combines the classic simple bindoff with a wrap and a twist. Intuitively it probably seems like that should make little difference, I know, but it ends up being just about the most elastic bindoff you can get worked on 2 needles.
