First, cut the bottom of the bottle to make the body of a jellyfish. You can also cut out some circle in the bottle : it will be other bodies.
Then I model these bodies : I just have to move the plastic near the candle flame. By heating, the plastic is deformed. It's now looking like something able to blop-blop into the oceans. You might do some tries to understand how the plastic reacts. At this point, I make holes in the bodies to hang up my jellyfish later. It' easy as a pie : you heat up a pin or a needle and you just pierce.
Then, fabrication of tentacles. Use the rest of your bottle. Cut some tiny strips. They don't have to be straight or regular. Then, melt one tip of each tentacle to attach to the body. I put 4 or 5 tentacle for each jellyfish and voilà, you have a wonderful jellyfish!
With only one bottle, I create 10 jellyfishes and I can do more with the top of the bottle. You can found more details on my blog.
