This was super easy. I got the idea from seeing Bible covers and people using jean on notebooks and I decided to combine the two!
This was super easy. I got the idea from seeing Bible covers and people using jean on notebooks and I decided to combine the two!
First you take your jean material. I used a pant leg. Then I cut the one side so it would open.
Then I trimed the top and the bottom of the jean so I could fold it into my Bible. You don't want to cut it to fit your Bible exacly because you want to be able to fold in the edges.
then on tne corner of the inside I folded the jean over and hot glued it. I did NOT hot glue it to my Bible. Just to the other jean. Do this for all four corners.
Then I hot glued the pocket to the front of my Bible.
Then I just tucked in the rest of the fabric sides into my Bible and I tucked the jean into my bible at the top.
Also, if you want to hot glue the cover to your bible that's ok. I didn't want to because my Bible is a little newer but if yours is old and worn go ahead and glue it right to yoru Bible.
