Italian Pasta Salad

You Will Need (20 things)

  • 1 lbs Tri-color Pasta
  • 1 15 oz Can Cannellini Beans , rinsed & drained
  • ½ Yellow Pepper (diced)
  • ½ Red Pepper (diced)
  • ½ pt Of Cherry Tomatoes , halved
  • 2 ¼ oz Can of Black Olives , drained
  • Nutritional Yeast for garnish (optional, but really adds to the recipe.)
  • Italian dressing:

  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1/8 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 pinch Thyme
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup White Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Canola Oil
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water

Steps (8 steps, 30 minutes)

    Boil pasta according to the package directions.

    While the pasta is cooking chop all the veggies.

  3. 3

    Drain the pasta & rinse with cold water.

  4. 4

    Add the beans, peppers, tomatoes, & black olives.

  5. 5

    Add all of the Italian dressing ingredients in a small bowl & mix together

    Mix the dressing with the pasta & veggies.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate until cold.

    Garnish with extra salt & nutritional yeast.
