2 oz Blood Orange Juice 1 ½ oz Bluecoat Gin ¼ oz Cointreau ½ oz Cappelletti ¼ oz Brown Sugar Soda H2O topper

   Using a wooden mallet, crush ice. Place ice into glass. Build all ingredients in a shaking tin, shake for 12 seconds with ice. Pour into a collins glass. Top with soda water and a dried orange.
