Great taste. Tastes pretty strong of Irish Cream so not one for the kids.
Great taste. Tastes pretty strong of Irish Cream so not one for the kids.
Heat oven 220 degrees. Combine oil, butter, egg, egg white, 1 tsp vanilla, baileys & butter milk.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, corn flour & salt.
Combine wet & dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into Muffins cases. Allow to sit in cases for 10 mins before baking. Bake for 8 mins at 220 then reduce temp to 175 degrees. Bake for 15 mins.
Serve.
