You Will Need (5 things)

- Hot Glue /Craft Glue
- Felt
- Elastic Band
- Plastic Headband
Steps (7 steps, 15 minutes)

First gather your supplies ^_^
You will need-
*3 Small Bits of Colored Felt
*1 Tiny Bit of Black Felt
*1 Button or Other Embellishment
*1 Elastic Hairband
*1 Plastic Headband (one with the little teeth works best)
*Scissors, Hot Glue or Craft Glue -
2
*To make your felt flower just cut out three different sized circles from the felt.
*Fold each circle in half 3 times, and cut a curve off the top. This will give you a scalloped edge like in the picture.
*Stack and glue your flower layers and top it off with a buttone or other cute embellishment.

*Next take your elastic hairband and cut it so its one long piece. Wrap it around your plastic headband to get a general idea of how long of a piece you will need to cut off.
*My headband is pretty narrow, so I only cut off about 1 inch.
*From your black felt cut a piece that is about 1 inch long, but as wide as your headband is.

*Now what you want to do is glue one end of the elastic to the middle of the longest side of your black felt.
*Let it dry all the way.
*The stretch your elastic to wrap around to the opposite side and glue it there.
-
5
*Glue your black felt/elastic bit to the back of your flower. With the previously glued ends on the back.
-
6
*You can now slip the elastic band around your head band and voila! Interchangeable Accessories!

*If you want to alter a hairclip, brooch or other headband embellishment to be interchangable, just follow steps 3-5.
