4 years ago I bought these cute black and white polka dot shoes which I loved. Unfortunately they didn't look as great after a few years so I jazzed them up a bit.

Instructions

1. Get shoes.

2. Figure out a game plan and get materials.

3. Paint the shoe if needed. Wait for it to dry, then draw.
