You Will Need (4 things)

  • 1 Yard Any Fabric
  • Fabric Scissors
  • Sewing Pins
  • Sewing Machine

Steps (14 steps, 30 minutes)

  1. 1

You will need sewing pins these play a very important role in the sewing role and keeping the fabric together.

  2. 2

You will need 1 yd fabric or a couple inches longer both will be completely fine. I bought this fabric from Walmart and I still have a whole other section left. It cost around $1.00 for just this section which is an amazing deal!

  3. 3

Now for this step you will need to make sure the fabric is inside out when you are pinning down the fabric. Pin down the fabric 1/2in down.

  4. 4

Once you are done pinning, you can now start sewing! I like to sew on the outside of the pins so I have more fabric once I'm done. You can cut off the excess fabric, but I just leave it on since you won't be able to see it in the next step. Make sure you go in reverse to have a secure stitch!!!

  5. 5

When you have finished sewing turn it inside out to have the fabric you want being on the outside.

  6. 6

Fold your fabric in half having both sides you sewed laying on top of each other.

  7. 7

This is the hardest step. Grab the ends that haven't been sewed together yet. You can also pin this down if you want to. I find it easier to not pin it down.

  8. 8

When You are sewing this step you are sewing up a circle shape. BE VERY CAREFUL TO NOT SEW THE RIGHT SIDE UP WHILE YOU ARE SEWING THE LEFT SIDE. When you are ready to start sewing it make sure you keep the fabric straight so it doesn't bunch up. Make sure that you don't sew it all the way shut. You need a hole at least 1in wide.

  9. 9

If you have done it correctly it should look something like this.

  10. 10

Now you push the top part out through the hole.

  11. 11

This is what it should look like after you have pushed all the fabric out. This is my hole that i'm left with.

  12. 12

Now what you need to do is tuck part of the fabric around the hole inside to make it aligned with the side. The part that I am holding is the part we will now have to sew. Again you can pin this if you want it secure.

  13. 13

This is my result on after I have sew the hole up. Try to sew really close to the edge so It isn't as noticeable.

  14. 14

Now that you are done you can wear it like this having it hang or looping it. Hope you enjoyed it!
