You Will Need (9 things)

  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Pepper (you can use 1 tsp pepper powder)
  • 2 Small Onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp Onion(s) thinly sliced and fried
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Medium Bowl Water
  • Salt
  • 2 Stalk and Leaf Parsley
  • 2 Pcs Scallions (Onions Leaf)

Steps (8 steps, 30 minutes)

    Prepare the vegetables as you want. If your vegetables is big, you have to slice it, peel it.

    Crushed Garlic, Onions and pepper.
    (if you have dried nutmeg or dried nutmeg powder, you can add it and crush with garlic etc.)

    Slice Scallions (Onions Leaf) and Parsley

    Thinly sliced and fried Onions

    Stir-fry ingredients that have been crushed to be yellowish. Pour water, wait until the water boils.

    Note:

    This dish tastier when you add the broth and chicken meat.

    Enter Salt and Sugar.

    Enter the first vegetables that most large to that most small.
