Alright, first, you need to get some sort of small notebook...
...or even some index cards stapled together. The point is, it needs to be small. Small enough to be put in your purse, backpack, bag, pocket, etc.
Just don't get one of these, because the whole point is to be able to carry it around with you to write down any thing you don't want to forget.
Now just write something on the front, like "The Idea Book" or something. Don't forget a pen!
