You can fill with chocolate or buttercream.

You Will Need (9 things)

  • Biscuit

  • 115 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 130 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 30 g Drinking Chocolate
  • Filling

  • 50 g Butter
  • 100 g Icing Sugar

Steps (6 steps, 20 minutes)

    Heat oven 355/180 degrees.

    Cream butter, vanilla & sugar together.

    Gradually add the flour & chocolate.

    Mix together until it forms a paste.

    Spoon teaspoonful onto a tray.

    Shape into rounds using wet hands.

    Bake for 10-12 mins.

    Mix icing sugar & butter together.

    Sandwich biscuit & filling together.
