Make some dangling, shaggy earrings!
I made a pair for my boyfriend's mom for Mother's Day and she loved them. A longer chain of Shaggy Loops made a bracelet for my mom and she wears it all the time. They're both decorated with pearls on head-pins.

  • How to make a pair of hoop earrings. How To Make Shaggy Loops Earrings - Step 1
    Step 1

Gather and group your materials. You'll need:

    A pair of flat pliers
A pair of needle nose pliers
    24 jump rings
    2 earring hooks

Put 12 rings in one group and 12 in another. These piles will turn into earrings!

    Step 2

From one pile, put two rings on one ring.

    Step 3

Put a ring through the ring in the middle, like so.

    Step 4

    Put two rings on it.

    Step 5

Here's the part that has to be done right!

The two rings you just put on the one have to go on each side of this new ring.

I'm sorry for the picture quality. I don't have anyone to hold the pliers for me while I get the perfect photo.

    Step 6

Do the next set like the last step, and then add the hook like it was another middle ring, with two outside rings on either side of it.

Viola! You have a shaggy earring! Repeat the entire process for the other earring and you'll have a pair of earrings to wear out that can be formal or fun.
