    <summary>All hail the Glow Cloud</summary>

      <![CDATA[<img src='https://images.coplusk.net/project_images/188573/image/square_109208_2F2015-06-07-010030-IMG_20150520_134840.jpg' width='240' height='240'/><br/>Recently I did a WTNV craft swap, and this is one of the things I made for my partner. I used a small canvas, scrapbooking paper, modpodge, wooden cut outs, E6000, a plastic cactus, an empty pocket watch (found in the jewellery section of my local craft store), washi tape, string, a small piece of leather, number stickers, letter "thickers" (yes, that's actually what they're called!), a felt tip pen, and glow in the dark paint - to make the Glow Cloud really glow! 
The cost of this project is really up to you - it cost me nothing to make since I have a very large stash, but if you were buying everything new it could end up costing quite a bit more. Hunt around your house and see what you have; it doesn't necessarily have to be a craft supply to end up in a mixed media project ~____^]]>
