You Will Need (5 things)

  • 300 g Vegetables
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 100 g Plain Flour
  • Milk
  • Cheese

Steps (6 steps, 90 minutes)

    Start to boil the vegetables in a large saucepan with hot water.

    While they're boiling, you can do the topping. With the flour, add the butter or margarine and mix with your fingers until they look like bread crumbs.

    For the cheese sauce, melt some butter in a sauce pan, then whisk the flour into the butter, add cool milk to the mixture then turn the heat down. Leave it to simmer then add the cheese.

    Spread the vegetables in a heat proof dish. Then add the cheese sauce with the vegetables. Then add the topping you made earlier.

    Cook for 30-60 minutes.

    Voila! You are done.
