I really hate to waste something that i can still use, like a part of an old sock: just cut out the ugly parts, and keep the beautiful one :)

Take the incriminated pair of old socks, and cut them following the white line on the photo. We need only the piece between the lines.
Take an hook and a ball of yarn: i used a n°3 crochet hook and a matching yarn in deep blue. Fold about 1 cm of border and start to crochet single crochet all around.
When you have completed the round, flatten the sock and sew together the two parts: you can make all slip stitches, or some trims ^^ This is the bottom of the pouch.
Do the same on the other border, BUT don't sew the two parts...in the middle crochet 18 chains and make the loop. You can add all the trims you want ^^
Sew a button on the opposide side respect the loop. You can find this button in my Etsy shop: KnotMe.etsy.com That's all!
