Make your pom pom maker. Cut out 2 squares of cardboard, place them together and cut out a rectangle shape in the center, your finished result will look like the letter C.
Start wrapping around the opening of the C area, but not tight, as the cardboard will fold in on it's self.
Keep wrapping for your desired thickness.

Make a length of chain as long as you need.
