15 Small Elastic Hair Ties or so

her hair was short but she needed it up for her jumprope team.

Instructions

1. 

   put 3 small elastics in the front about 1 inch sections

2. split each into two and add half each to the next row.

3. continue till back of head or till hair is too short.
