Yes! I did reposted this how to, because I wanted everyone to see it as a new one, cause I really like sharing. :) This is one of my favorite necklace I have made for myself. I got the idea from some that I had seen on Forever21. *evil laugh*

Gather your materials :)
Take your Satin 1 inch Ribbon, you will want to measure how long do you want your necklace to be. That amount you gonna multiply it by three (3). Remember your gonna pleat so it will get shorter.
Go to your sewing machine, with a short stitch (between 2-3 or B-C) depending on you machine. Begin to plead the ribbon, if you want you can mark, how wide it will be, for more accurate results. If you don't know how to pleat here is a tutorial :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KIt49mnqPzE
After you pleat it all of the ribbon. Close it up, by sewing the two sides together, the open up the seem. And sew the sides down. Or just leave the ends long and tie it as a bow.
Now, sew the pearl beads on to each fold of the pleat like this <<<<<<<<<<<< by hand.
Next sew on the pendant,or not if you don't want one. Also if you want, you can iron it so the pleats look sharp. Now you are done!
