Jump rings are very handy when it comes to making wire jewelries. It doesn't take much time or cost much to make the perfect jump rings out of wire. Once you have all the necessary supplies you can make jump rings easily, even if you're not a pro!

Hold the wire from an end and make a loop with the help of the looping pliers. Make sure to coil the wire from the largest size of the looping pliers.
Keep coiling the wire to make a chain of loops. Make sure to coil the wire downwards while the previous loops move upwards.
Since the loops are moving upwards you will be coiling the wire around the same part of the pliers, thus creating loops of the same size (radius). Cut of the chain of loops once it reaches enough or required length.
Slightly bend any one loop from the chain of loops (see this picture). You will need a complete circle (or loop) for each jump ring.
Carefully cut off the loop with the help of the cutting pliers.
There, you have a jump ring.
Similarly cut off more loop to create more jump rings.
