Instructions

1. 

   Step 1: Get your bottle caps!!

2. 

   Step 2: Get your materials

3. 

   Step 3: See that rubbery thing inside the bottle cap? Yep, take your pliers and rip that thing off! Tip: When you're halfway ripping that thing off, twist it and grab it twisted and rip it off at the middle.

4. 

   Step 4: It should end up like that, and its ok if a little piece of the green stuff stays. Now throw that rubbery thing away.

5. 

   Step 5: Take your paper/picture and draw a circle and cut it off.

6. 

   Step 6: Glue your drawing/picture to the inside [or outside if u wish] of the bottle cap.

7. 

   Step 7: Take your clear nail polish and..polish it.. now it looks shiny!

8. 

   Step 8: Admire your new charm ^.^ Tip: take a screwdriver and poke a hole through the top/ take something pointy and with a hammer poke a hole through the top
