Get Perfect red lips!

Instructions

1. 

   I always start off by applying Too Faced Lip Injection to my lips, and then wipe it off with tissue. I Only do this to make my lips fuller, and a little even. You don't have to do this step.

2. 

   Add some concealer to take out the natural color of your lips.

3. 

   Outline your lips with a red lip liner.

4. 

   Fill it in with red lip stick, and you're done!
