lol, when I was younger there were "hair markers" and I always used those to color my hair, I wonder if they are still around.

I've done this before those It was actually kind of fun [well... not during it, but at the end when I was proud of my finished project]

you could try clothing dye for light wigs....

Sadly, I don't think so. The only place I found discussions about lightening wigs were on this one cosplay site, and no one had found a successful way to do it
