I don't know. I guess what I wrote for the short description.

Fold up a piece of aluminum foil, and grease it with pam or some kind of cooking oil.
Put a bunch of glitter on it and make sure that there are no bald spots in the glitter pile.
Use a glue gun to make drops of glue on the glitter. These drops will be your charms so make sure you got the shape and size that you want. This might take a little practice, but I found out it works easily if you do it with the gun at a angle, and then bringing it up and over the opposite way when your done.
Let the glue dry for about 5-10 minutes (the bigger the charm the more time it takes for it to dry). When dry take the charms and put them upside-down. Then blow off the loose glitter.
Grease another piece of folded aluminum foil, then add a big drop of hot glue to the glittery side, and quickly press it gently against the aluminum foil before it dries. Then leave it there to dry for about 3 minutes.
When dry peel them off of the aluminum foil.
Cut of the edges with scissors. You could also sand the edges if you want.
