Honey Nut Oaties

I was inspired to make these from this website, http://www.katheats.com, that has loads of healthy ideas. I usually just use whatever I have laying about the kitchen.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Nut butter
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Chopped Nuts
  • ½ cup Dried Fruit /dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Steps (3 steps, 30 minutes)

    Preheat oven to 280. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, make sure it is well mixed. The honey and nut butter should mix with the other ingredients to form a dough. You can always add more or less to create a good consistency.

    Scoop into little balls and place on a baking sheet. I usually have to use my hands to really squish them together.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool off and enjoy!
