Honey, Mustard & Cashew Chicken
Quorn chicken fillets with a honey, mustard, BBQ & cashew glaze!

You Will Need (5 things)
- 3 Quorn Chicken Fillets
- 20 g Cashews
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
- ½ tbsp Bbq Sauce
Steps (7 steps, 15 minutes)

Begin by cooking the chicken fillets. We don't eat meat so we used Quorn chicken fillets which work just as well.

Crush the cashews with a mortar and pestle until crumbly.

Mix in the honey and wholegrain mustard.

Mix in the BBQ sauce.

Coat the chicken fillets with the glaze.

Brush it evenly on either side and fry the fillets for 2-3 minutes on either side.

Serve however you like but I recommend cutting them into slices and adding them to a Caesar Salad.
