Nice easy dish to make.

You will need

Sauce
1/3 cup Honey 1/4 cup Water 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
Chicken
Chicken Breast Seasoned Flour 6 cloves Garlic
Additional
Carrot(s) Peppers Onions

Description

Nice easy dish to make.

Instructions

1. 

   Coat the chicken in the seasoned flour.

2. 

   Fry until almost cooked through. Add the garlic to the pan. Place into a dish.

3. 

   In a pan stir all the sauce ingredients together. Bring to a simmer.

4. 

   Fry the veg in the same pan as the chicken. Brown & pour over the chicken.

5. 

   Pour over the sauce.

6. 

   Serve with rice or noodles.
