Daily, half an hour before bedtime and a half hour before breakfast, drink honey and cinnamon boiled in one cup of water. If you drink every day reduces the weight. -

Make a paste of one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and five teaspoons of honey and apply on the aching tooth. The application can be made three times a day. -

Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before your meals, relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of meals. -

Make a paste of three tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. If done daily for two weeks, it removes pimples from the root. -
