Honey Beer Nuts

Inspired by Hiver, a brown honey ale, these tasty bar nuts combine spices with honey, sugar, butter and sea salt for the perfect pairing.

You Will Need (9 things)
- 500 g Mixed Nuts - cashews, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and pecans
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Hiver brown honey ale Beer
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Sea Salt
- Dried Rosemary
Steps (4 steps, 10 minutes)

Spread out the nuts in a baking pan and toast at 180'C for 10 minutes.

Melt together the butter, brown sugar, honey, beer, cinnamon and paprika.

Pour the syrup over the nuts, making sure they're all coated. Sprinkle with lots of sea salt and dried rosemary.

Serve with a delicious beer!
