Honey Beer Nuts

Spicy, salty & sweet nuts are the perfect bar snack!

Inspired by Hiver, a brown honey ale, these tasty bar nuts combine spices with honey, sugar, butter and sea salt for the perfect pairing.

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 500 g Mixed Nuts - cashews, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and pecans
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Hiver brown honey ale Beer
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Sea Salt
  • Dried Rosemary

Steps (4 steps, 10 minutes)

    Spread out the nuts in a baking pan and toast at 180'C for 10 minutes.

    Melt together the butter, brown sugar, honey, beer, cinnamon and paprika.

  3. 3

    Pour the syrup over the nuts, making sure they're all coated. Sprinkle with lots of sea salt and dried rosemary.

    Serve with a delicious beer!
